Able Minds ABA therapy: Our partnership promise
Our name, Able Minds, reflects our core belief. Your autistic child can do more than people think. When parents team up with professionals, change becomes possible. Working with Able Minds, you're never left wondering. When you call with a question, you reach someone who’s familiar with your child's case. From Day #1, you co-create your child's program, and we solve problems together.
That sense of relief when you finally have true partners...
That drives everything we do.

"After years of working in ABA administration, I've seen firsthand what families need most — real partnership, clear communication, and someone who truly gets it. That's why I founded this practice: to create the kind of place where parents feel heard, valued, and completely in the loop every step of the way."

Your ABA partners:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Your BCBA designs your child's individualized program, analyzes what's working, and adjusts what’s not. They teach you how strategies work so you can use them at home.
Your BCBA assesses your child's needs, sets treatment goals, and supervises every session. They're also your advocate — helping secure insurance coverage and speaking up for your child at school.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Your RBT is your child's daily champion. They work directly with your child to implement the strategies your BCBA designs. They practice new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Your RBT communicates regularly with both you and your BCBA to track your child’s progress.
